Class Drop Policy

Following conditions will apply:

• Minimum 4 classes advance written notice is required for any class drop/withdrawal.

• For each completed class, the fee listed below will be deducted, and a refund or credit will be issued for the remaining balance.

• School year 2024-25 Courses:

  • ACSL Elementary Division Coaching: $18.75/class

  • Grade 4 Math, Grade 5 Math, Grade 5 English & Grade 6 English: $30/class

  • Pre-Algebra Honors & Algebra Honors: $36/class

• Summer 2025 Courses:

  • Python Programming (Intermediate Level): $22.50/class

  • AMC & Mathcounts Prep Summer Course: $36/class

  • Introduction to Counting and Probability: $36/class

• No refunds will be provided for students who switch from live in-person or online classes to asynchronous classes after the course has begun.

• No refunds for Self-paced courses.

• No refunds for Contest and Subscriptions (ACSL, MOEMS, NLMC, NSL, IXL, and Beast Academy).
